The annual Got to Be NC Festival takes place May 17-19, 2024 at the NC State Fairgrounds in Raleigh. Got to Be NC members are invited to show, sample and sell your products in the Got to Be NC / Local Goodness Marketplace located inside the 50,000 square foot Agri Supply Exposition Center. This is your chance to join over 100 other North Carolina food and beverage companies to promote your products to thousands of consumers! All exhibitors must be part of the Got to Be NC program to be eligible for a booth in the marketplace. Click here to confirm your membership.
The festival is a fun-filled weekend of rides, tractor parades, music and more! The three-day event highlights all the great things from North Carolina. Gate admission and parking are free, but there are charges for some of the events within the festival, including the Got to Be NC Pavilion / Local Marketplace in the Agri Supply Exposition Center.

Each 10’ x 10’ draped exhibit booth will include:
- (1) skirted 8’ counter-height table OR (1) skirted 8’ standard-height FRONT table
- (1) undraped 8’ standard-height BACK table
- (1) non-padded folding chair OR (1) upholstered stool
- (1) company name sign (no logo/no color)
- Electricity
- (2) parking passes for Gate 4.
- 3’ high side drape, 8’ high back drape
BOOTH FEES (Effective 6.2.23 Booth Fees Are Subject to Change for 2024)

- (2) Booths – $350
- Corner Booth – $275 (one per company and assigned as requests with payments are received)
- Corner + Adjoining Booth – $400

This show is a unique opportunity to sample and sell your products. The rules and regulations will posted when registration opens in February 2024. As of June 2023, “PREPARED FOODS” SUCH AS SANDWICHES, ENTREES, ETC. CANNOT BE SOLD IN THE MARKETPLACE. If this changes the information will updated when registration opens.
Some vendors will be required to obtain a Temporary Food Establishment (TFE) Permit and it is the vendor’s responsibility to contact Ginger Johnson with Wake County Government Environmental Services to inquire. NCDA staff will not be able to assist you with any questions pertaining to the TFE Permit.
This event is your chance to reach consumers from across the state, offer recipes, get feedback, promote your brand and generate sales! Wineries may sample and sell their wines. Wine can be sold by the bottle, but only for off-premise consumption. Breweries may also sample and sell their beers. The sale of 6-packs, individual growlers and bombers can only be sold for off-premise consumption. Distilleries are welcome to apply a for a booth. Sampling of spirits is permitted however the sale of spirits is currently not permitted. Please note, these restrictions may change in 2024.
The show mainly features only food and beverage products (with the exception of spirits) made, processed or grown in North Carolina. A limited number of approved North Carolina-made crafts may exhibit, but first priority for exhibit space will be given to food and beverage products.
All vendors must provide a current Certificate of Liability Insurance for General Liability (COI) coverage listing both NCDA&CS and NC State Fair as additional insured, with an address of 4285 Trinity Road, Raleigh NC 27607. The minimum requirements are $1,000,000 Combined Single Limit for each occurrence. An insurance company licensed to do business in North Carolina must issue the certificate. Current Certificates of Insurance are due with submission of application. Click here to see an example.
Please note, once registration opens it may take up to seven business days for your application to be reviewed. If approved, you will receive a confirmation email and a payment link will also be provided.
Booth payment is due within 48 hours of the email being sent. Be sure to check your email including junk/spam folders daily. Booth spaces are not secure until payment is received.
If payment is not received by close of business on Friday, March 29, 2024, your booth will be forfeited to the next company on the waitlist.
