This information is strictly for vendors participating in the Got to Be NC Pavilion located in the Agri Supply Exposition Center.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE FOR BOOTH SPACE IS FRIDAY, MAY 22, 2024.

The annual Got to Be NC Festival takes place May 17-19, 2024, at the North Carolina State Fairgrounds in Raleigh. Got to Be NC members are invited to show, sample, and sell your products in the Got to Be NC Pavilion / Food Lion Local Goodness Marketplace located inside the 50,000 square foot Agri Supply Exposition Center.

This event is a unique opportunity to sample and sell your products to consumers from across the state. The Got to Be NC Pavilion features only food and beverage products (with the exception of spirits) made, processed or grown in North Carolina. A limited number of approved North Carolina-made crafts may exhibit, but first priority for exhibit space will be given to food and beverage products. This is a juried event. To ensure a variety of products, NCDA&CS reserves the right to limit the number of exhibitors from the same product category and the right to reject any application that does not fit the exhibit criteria of the event.

To exhibit in this section of the festival you must be a Got to Be NC member with an active listing on the website. If you are not member and would like to participate please review the criteria on the membership page and apply. There is no fee to join but you must meet the required criteria.

Additional Information

Before you apply it is imperative you read the rules and regulations especially if this is your first time applying for booth space at this event. You will be responsible for complying with all rules and regulations. If you are approved for booth space there are several things you will need to do such as:

Submit a copy of your Certificate of Insurance (COI). (SEE EXAMPLE)
Submit a copy of your ABC Permit if applicable.
- Breweries, wineries and distilleries be sure to see the new rules that apply to you.
Provide a valid NC Sales & Use Tax number on your application.
File a County Tax report with Wake County Prepared Food & Beverage Tax Division by June 20, 2024.
Apply for a Wake County Temporary Food Establishment (TFE) Permit if applicable.

Adhere to the NCDA&CS Food & Drug Protection Inspection Requirements. Due by May 2, 2024.
