Ingredients

1
large sweet potato
2
Tablespoons butter
1/4
tsp. salt
1/4
tsp. chili powder
Pinch of black pepper
2
garlic cloves, pressed
1/2
cup low-fat Greek yogurt
1/4
cup buttermilk
1/4
tsp. hot sauce

Directions

Peel the sweet potatoes and then slice into thin rounds to make chips. Melt the butter then add  salt, chili powder and pepper. Pour butter mixture over the sweet potato chips and toss to coat.

Spread the chips in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet and bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes.

While they rest, combine the dipping sauce. In a small bowl whisk together garlic, yogurt, buttermilk, hot sauce, salt and pepper to your taste. Serve with the sweet potato chips.
