Breakfast Baked Potato

This recipe is from Tasty on Facebook. It called for bacon bits but I recommend one piece of bacon cooked and crumbled.  Keep the tops of the potato you cut off and the potato you scoop out and make a baked potato casserole. Also, salt and pepper the potato before adding the filling.
