Cheesy Bacon Wrapped Tater Tots

We suggest serving these with sour cream and/or ranch dressing. You can also cook them for 30 minutes instead of 25 to get the bacon a little crispier. If you are taking them somewhere, go ahead and double the recipe.

Ingredients

24
tater tots
6
slices of bacon
4
oz. Sharp cheddar cheese cut into chunks
Chives for garnish

Directions

Roll tots in the bacon. One slice of bacon will wrap 3 tots. Place in foil lined 8 x 8 baking dish and bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.  Stack the tots and place cheese all over. Return pan to oven and bake an additional 5 minutes. Garnish with sliced chives.
