Cherry Tomato Peach Salsa
This recipe is courtesy of Bailey Farms in Oxford and they credit chefsavvy.com. I filmed with them for an episode of Flavor, NC and what a wonderful farm family! The Serrano pepper in this recipe is normally about twice as hot as the jalapeno so if you don’t like the heat, use another pepper. Serve with chips, crackers, or on grilled chicken, fish or pork.
