Choplins Pork Tenderloin

A good friend of mine, Tami Choplin, shared this recipe. My family loves the sauce.  This is an easy week night meal or great when having guests.

Ingredients

Pork Tenderloin:

½ lb. pork tenderloin
1/4
cup bourbon
1/8
cup soy sauce

Tablespoons brown sugar
Mustard Sauce:
2/3
cup sour cream
2/3
cup mayonnaise
2
Tablespoons dry mustard
3
to 4 green onions, sliced

Directions

Pork Tenderloin:

Marinate the pork tenderloin overnight.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Remove pork from marinade and place in a baking dish.  Discard marinade. Bake for 45 minutes then add ¼ cup water to the pan and continue baking about 45 minutes or until a meat thermometer reaches 145 degrees.  Allow to rest for 3 minutes. Serve with mustard sauce.

Mustard Sauce:

Combine the ingredients, cover and chill.
