Got to Be NC
Recipe by: Lisa Prince

COLD OVEN POUND CAKE

A good friend of mine, Eleanor Stephenson, gave this recipe to me right after I got married and I have been making it for the past 15 years.  This is a go to recipe when I need a dessert but don’t have time to go to the store because these ingredients are usually in the house.  Try a slice toasted in the morning for breakfast, delicious!
