Fig Salad

A simple sweet salad. You can add more figs. Bacon would be a nice addition as well.

Ingredients

1/4
cup fresh figs, roughly chopped
1/3
cup pecans, roughly chopped and toasted
6
cups small broccoli florets
1/2
cup sour cream
1
Tbsp. white wine vinegar
2
Tbsp. orange juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

In a medium bowl, whisk together sour cream, vinegar and orange juice. Season mixture with salt and pepper.

In a large bowl, combine figs, pecans and broccoli. Pour sour cream mixture over the broccoli mixture and toss to coat.
