Frozen Berry Smoothie

This is a great way to make a quick breakfast or snack to get you through the day. The eggs add protein, so you feel fuller longer. One large egg has 6 grams of protein and is only 70 calories. No sweetener added to this smoothie either. 2018 Incredible Egg.

Ingredients

large, hard-boiled Eggs

cups fresh squeezed orange juice

frozen banana
1
cup frozen pineapple
1
cup frozen strawberries

Directions

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend for approximately 30 seconds or until completely mixed.

Serve immediately.
