Frozen Fruit Salad

This is one of my all-time favorite Christmas treats. I have been known to eat four squares at a sitting and then take all the leftovers home.

Ingredients

8oz. package of cream cheese, softened
1
heaping Tablespoon of mayonnaise
8
oz. can crushed pineapple
1
cup miniature marshmallows
1/2
cup pecans, chopped
1
cup whipped topping
1/2
cup sliced candied cherries, ¼ cup red and ½ cup green

Directions

Mix softened cream cheese with mayonnaise. Add pineapple, marshmallows, whipped topping and pecans. Then add the cherries. Mix well and freeze in an 8 x 8 or 9 x 9 dish. Cut into squares and serve.
