Green Herb and Honey Hummus

This hummus has a great fresh herb flavor. You can control the amount of salt and texture so you can make it according to your taste preference. This is a perfect summer snack with vegetables or pita chips.

Ingredients

can chickpeas, drained and rinsed

Tablespoons fresh basil

Tablespoons fresh dill
2
Tablespoons fresh parsley
1
green onion, chopped
2
Tablespoons tahini sauce
1
clove garlic
Juice from ½ of lemon
1/3
cup extra virgin olive oil
1
teaspoon salt
1
teaspoon honey
Dash of cayenne pepper

Directions

Mix together with a food processor, scraping down the sides until well blended and desired consistency. Serve with bagel or pita chips
