Hot Chipped Beef Dip (Kelsey Carlson)

This is a classic retro appetizer.  If your parents had bridge night, then they probably had something similar to this dip. It is always good to enjoy the oldie but goodie recipes.

Ingredients

oz cream cheese, softened

T milk
3/4
cup snipped dried or chipped beef (2.25 oz. jar)

T onion minced

T green pepper-chopped
1/4
t pepper
1/4
cup sour cream
1/4
cup sliced natural almonds (opt)

Directions

Blend cream cheese and milk. Mix in the rest of the ingredients. Spoon cream cheese mixture into a small ungreased casserole dish that is about two cups in size.

Bake 350 for 15 minutes or until hot.

Place on table warmer. Garnish with almonds. And serve with raw vegetables or crisp cocktail crackers or Triskets
