Hot Cinnamon Dolce

This is a fun option instead of hot chocolate for something different on a cold winter night. If you don’t want to make the topping, once you heat the drink, add a scoop of cinnamon or coffee ice cream.

Ingredients

Drink:

cups milk

Tbsp. sugar
3
tsp. vanilla
Dash of cinnamon
Topping:
1/2
cup whipping cream
1
Tbsp. chocolate syrup
Dash of cinnamon
Garnish: drizzle of chocolate syrup

Directions

To make the topping: in a medium bowl, whip the whipping cream until it is frothy. Add 1 Tbsp. chocolate syrup and a dash of cinnamon, continue to whip the mixture until everything is well blended and peaks form. This will top 6 drinks.

For each drink: microwave 1 cup of milk and 2 tsp. sugar in a mug for 90 seconds. Stir in ½ tsp. vanilla extract and a dash of cinnamon. Top with a dollop of topping, a drizzle of chocolate syrup and a dash of cinnamon.
