Lemon Blueberry Cake

This quick and easy recipe is courtesy of Lisa Shively’s and her cookbook, “Fat Little Blueberry”.   Thanks for sharing this beautiful cake!

Ingredients

1/2 c blueberries
2
T flour
1
box lemon cake mix
1
cup sour cream
4
eggs

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.

Toss the blueberries with the flour and set aside.

In a bowl, combine the cake mix and sour cream.

Add the eggs and beat well.

Fold in blueberries.

Pour into a greased tube or Bundt pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.  Cool for 15 minutes before removing from the pan.
