Party Cheese Ball

A cheeseball is always a hit at a party. You can also serve this with cucumbers and peppers.

Ingredients

packets Hidden Valley Original Ranch Salad Dressing and Seasoning Mix
3
(8oz.) packages cream cheese
1
½ cups finely shredded mild cheddar cheese
1/3
cup minced onion
1
cup finely chopped pecans
1/4
tsp. cayenne pepper
2
tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4
tsp. Texas Pete
1
½ cups chopped pecans

Directions

In a large bowl, combine first 8 ingredients.  Mix well.  Shape mixture into 1 large ball or 2 small ones.  Roll in chopped pecans.  Place ball(s) on serving platter or tray.  Cover with plastic wrap.  Refrigerate until ready to serve.  Serve with your favorite crackers.
