Pecan Pretzels

Brian enjoyed these at work last year thanks too Jami Elizondo and wanted us to make them for Local Dish, thus the NC Pecans were added. These are very easy and the perfect treat for kids and adults.

Ingredients

60
Pretzels (mini-twist or round ones)
60
Rolos (use the stand- up bag of mini-rolos- that way you don’t have to un-wrap each candy)
60
Pecan Halves
120
Mini M&M’s (seasonal colors)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Lay pretzels in single layer on baking sheet. Top each with a Rolo. Bake in oven for 3 minutes.

As soon as they come out, top each pretzel with a pecan half pressing it down slightly into the soft Rolo. Then add 2 mini M&M’s on each side.

Once they’re all topped, pop the pan into the refrigerator for 10 minutes for candy to set.
