Sausage and Corn Chowder

Kerry Prather from Greensboro shared this recipe with Neese’s sausage company. It is a simple and easy soup that is perfect for a weeknight dinner. If your family likes their food spicy, use Neese’s HOT sausage. This soup pairs well with a salad.

Ingredients

lb. NC sausage, hot or mild

cans cream of potato soup
1
can milk (use can from soup to measure milk) = 1 cup
1
12 oz. can evaporated milk
1
10 oz. box frozen shoepeg corn

Directions

Brown the sausage in a frying pan and drain. Combine soup and milk in medium cooking pot. Add corn and sausage and heat thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
