Sausage Muffins

These taste like a sausage ball but are easier to make. We used hot sausage and you could add some cayenne pepper or hot sauce. Thank you Sandra Davis for sharing your recipe!

Ingredients

lb. cooked sausage (drain grease)
1
cup Bisquick
1
cup cheddar cheese, shredded

eggs, beat well before mixing with other ingredients

Directions

Combine all ingredients and spoon into a lightly greased mini-muffin pan. Bake at 350 for 13-15 minutes.
