Spicy Sausage Queso Dip

We prefer hot sausage for this creamy dip. You can also serve this on French fries or a baked potato.

Ingredients

lb. (16 oz.) Velveeta, cut into ½ inch cubes
1/2
lb. sausage, cooked and drained
1
(10 oz.) can Ro Tel Original diced tomatoes and chilies, undrained
1
bag tortilla chips

Directions

Mix ingredients in a microwavable bowl. Microwave on high for 5 minutes or until cheese is completely melted, stirring after 3 minutes.
