3 Bluebirds Farm
The mission of 3 Bluebirds Farm, a nonprofit agritourism site, is to create an inclusive, environmentally sustainable agricultural community of choice in Raleigh, where individuals on the autism spectrum can participate in farm activities with dignity, understanding and support. Their clients help grow, gather and sell everything produced at the farm in order to develop their life skills. Eighteen acres of hay is grown and sold on the 28 acre farm (about 80-85 5x6 round bales a year); over 30 chickens produce eggs and then egg subscriptions are sold to the public; "Bunny Nuggets," produced by our pet rabbits and sold (rabbit manure fertilizer); and produce is offered from the farm stand every summer at the farm. More can be read about farm produce on their website.

3 Bluebirds Farm is a nonprofit organization that strives to improve the welfare of individuals with autism by providing farm activities and life skills on their 18 acre agritourism site in Raleigh. Farm camps are provided to school-aged children with autism (K-8th grade), social clubs for teens and adults with autism, and goal is to provide housing on the farm to adults with autism so that they have a place to live, learn and work. A spring festival is held every year which is open to the public. A large black-tie gala fundraiser is held during fall and on-site tours/field trips to our local schools are offered.3 Bluebirds Farm is currently working on their next phase to build a large event barn structure on site for events and adult day programs. The building can be rented out to the public for weddings and corporate events, which will in turn provide job opportunities for clients to work. It will also be used for adult day programs during the week. Please read more about their mission and vision here: https://www.3bluebirdsfarm.org/our-missionBusiness availability: Year-Round
