8:28 Farms LLC is a first-generation farm focusing on regenerative practices. They raise heritage pigs, laying hens, seasonal produce, and maintain beehives. They offer Pure Mangalitsa and Pure Berkshire pigs for sale in various cuts and sizes, rotating them through hardwood forests and feeding them soy-free, non-GMO feed. Chicken eggs are available year-round, while goose eggs are seasonal. The hens are free-ranging and also receive soy-free, non-GMO feed.

As certified N.C. beekeepers, they sell raw local honey. Additionally, they offer freeze-dried fruits from their farm and nearby orchards, available at local markets such as The Conover Farmer's Market, The High Country Food Hub, Spark Life Collective, and at their farm.
