The New River Escape is located on the banks of the New River between Todd & Fleetwood. The west bank of the New River is home to our flowers and bees. Just a short jaunt down the road is "The Farm Stand", Fleetwood's newest depot for local produce and farm fresh flowers. Looking for a Flower Design Workshop, Flower Bar or DIY Wedding Florals? Come see us! Luxury barn lodging for couples. Barn venue rental available for intimate groups of up to 30 ppl on the east bank of the river.

The New River Escape is a uniquely beautiful property on the South Fork of the New River. Our Barn is one-third of an old rebuilt dairy barn and houses space for small intimate events of 30 people or less. The barn's second story hosts two self-catering luxury lofts for nightly rental with beautiful views of the valley. Workshops are regularly hosted in the barn as well as monthly community camp fire and potluck. In the Fall be on the lookout for a Farm to Table event! Flowers are an integral part of the New River Escape property. With newly expanded flower fields on the East bank of the river we are a prime location to pickup weekly flower bouquets, attend a floral workshop or have your own Flower Bar for a DIY wedding or fun day out. The Farm Stand just short jaunt down the Railroad Grade Road (part of the old Virginia Creeper Trail) provides our farm fresh flowers as well as a place to buy local eggs, milk, produce and beauty products. Stop by on your way to float down the New River or enjoy a bike ride on 11 miles of flat road in the middle of the NC mountains. We look forward to seeing you.
