Batistini Farms' humble journey began in 2014 after conversations from a long time family friend in Italy. We were asked us to join with them to share specialty foods from a family heirloom estate surrounded by olive trees and vineyards. Since that time, our family has joined with other small farms to meet demands. Our journey has now begun for our salad dressings made here in North Carolina. Through our local venture, we continue to support small North Carolina businesses. Olives are grown at 788 ft. above sea level with environmental respect. Finest olives pickings are carried the same day to cold extract at a crusher buried 12 ft. below the country level; 15°-18° Celsius storage follows for freshness.
