BMC Brewing
All our beers are made on site at our brewery/tap room in Pittsboro with ultra purified reverse osmosis water which allows better batch-to-batch consistency of our beers. We source ingredients as locally as possible, using grains from Epiphany Craft Malt in Durham, some hops grown at Bee Hoppy Farms in Chatham County, pumpkins or sweet potatoes grown on site by Copeland Springs Kitchen & Farm, or coffee roasted on site by Vortex Roasters. We are all about sustainability and community! We use as much solar power as possible to run the brewery and tap room, process some of our spent grains into flour to make delicious cookies (Chocolate Chip, Pumpkin, Cranberry Oatmeal, Macarons with Lavender or Rosemary buttercream), and are working on more recipes to satisfy your sweet tooth.
