At Buckwheat Farm (Apex, NC), we offer you the best strawberries and blueberries we know how to grow. Our delicious, homemade ice cream is churned on site, one batch at a time, using our own berries. All of our jam and jelly is made here at the farm. We use only locally grown produce picked at the peak of ripeness to give it the best flavor possible
