This farm-to-bottle distillery is named after Buffalo City which was a milltown and moonshine capital of the world during prohibition. After prohibition, the town was abandoned and swallowed up by the swamps of the Alligator National Wildlife Refuge. Buffalo City Distillery, LLC grows their corn in the Blacklands of Hyde County which has some of the richest organic soils on earth. The corn adds rich flavor and unique coastal terriore to their fine spirits.Business availability: Year-Round
