In 1955, John and Edith Chandler developed the perfect barbecue recipe and kept customers coming back for more at their small restaurant in Greensboro, NC. Demand soon outpaced retail capacity, and the wholesale business was born. Today, a fourth generation of Chandlers carries on the tradition of delivering superior Carolina barbecue quality and value! While our offerings have expanded from Carolina-style pork barbecue to the meats and flavors of diverse regions, each product we make reflects the same dedication. We use only the finest ingredients and time-tested, slow-cooked techniques for unsurpassed taste, time and time again.We offer a premium selection of traditional barbecues using our traditional family recipes. Our makings vary between the coarsely chopped method and the traditional hand-pulled style, while featuring the distinctive flavors of vinegar and scratch-made tomato sauce.
