Changing Tide Oyster Company is a family owned and operated shellfish farm located up estuary in South River, near Beaufort. Their refreshing mid-salinity “South River Salts” and other varieties are grown in floating cages within sight of their home, where they hand select each individual oyster delivered to their partners and chefs.
