We are mushroom farmers growing a variety of mushrooms in Alleghany County for bulk sale to the trade and the public. We also offer mushroom products such as dehydrated mushrooms for cooking, broths, jerky, and various other small batch food products. We grow and dehydrate the following specialty mushrooms: White Oysters, Blue Oysters, Gold Oysters, Lion Mane, and Chestnut. We are dedicated to growing clean mushrooms and distributing locally. 50% of our net revenues go to educating girls and women in Central America to help them break the cycle of poverty in their communities.
