Hickory Tree Turkey BBQ's most popular specialty is turkey BBQ. Each day, they smoke hundreds of pounds of turkey for the restaurant, two food trucks, catering and wholesale food production. Their facility has been certified by the North Carolina Department of Agriculture for the wholesale production of their turkey products. In the restaurant, they serve wholesome smoked and fried turkey products, baked beans, green beans, hushpuppies, mac-n-cheese, pinto beans, slaw and many other southern favorites.
