Their facility has been certified by the North Carolina Department of Agriculture for the wholesale production of their turkey products. In the restaurant, they serve wholesome smoked and fried turkey products, baked beans, green beans, hushpuppies, mac-n-cheese, pinto beans, slaw and many other southern favorites.
