Impulse Kitchen
We make a Japanese pastry called Taiyaki, which is a fluffy fish shaped waffle with filling inside. We make this by ladling batter into commercial fish shaped waffle irons and scoop a filling to put inside such as Nutella, then close the press to cook. Our pastries are made on demand served in a paper bag upon purchase, so they are hot and fresh. In the future we plan to serve locally sourced Ice Cream with Japanese flavors such as Matcha and Black Sesame, in a cute open mouthed fish shaped waffle cone!
