Karen's Spice Kitchen's lineup consists of 15 pre-packaged spice blends for chefs of all experience levels to easily and quickly create authentic international meals. Each packet contains the spices as well as a recipe with simple instructions and recipes for side dishes to accompany the meal. The outside of the packet has a convenient shopping list of the other ingredients needed to make the dish, which can be kept mild or made hotter with the extra packet of hot chili powder included. Inside the packet we provide simple instructions to make the dish as well as recipes for suggested side dishes.They solve the age-old dilemma “what shall I make for dinner tonight?” while giving the consumer the great feeling, taste and smell of making a home-cooked meal instead of opening a jar of sauce. For non-meat eaters, vegetarians or vegans, the chicken, beef or lamb can be substituted with plant protein, vegetables or fish; just adjust the cooking time.
