South Mountain Farms

South Mountain Farms is a USDA inspected T/A meat processing plant in Cleveland County. For the last 20 years we have processed pork and beef for sale to farmers markets, restaurants, and small grocery stores. We also operate a retail market and butcher shop on site. We have recently been funded through the State IMPEC Program and have increased our processing capacity. In the future we plan on manufacturing smoked meats including smoked meat sticks and adding a line of raw marinated products.
