Mano Bella Artisan Foods specializes in authentic, artisanal, Italian food products. Our executive chef and owner was born and raised in Rome, Italy and brings with him the cultural understanding that real Italian food is made with local ingredients. Mano Bella, which means "beautiful hand" in Italian, emphasizes the connection that we find in various forms within our food system through local collaboration, outreach and education on its various processes. Whether its the connection between the farmer and the producer, the producer and the consumer, or the connection that forms when we eat together, we hope our artisanal, made-from-scratch pasta, breads, cheeses and other authentic Italian foods can play a small role in bringing people together.
