Farmer Ian is a first generation farmer who started McGibney Family Farms after graduating from NC State in 2016. Focusing on regenerative farming practices, our pork, chicken, and beef is fresh, nutrient dense, and from animals raised with respect and care.You can meet Farmer Ian at the Apex Farmer’s Market on Saturday’s from 9-12, and purchase our products for home delivery through our online store. Also, we offer a subscription option called the Meat Club, which is similar to Butcher Box, but with our local meat.
