We strive to produce and provide quality beef and services to our customers.The half cow is perfect for the median sized family, while the whole is perfect for those with a very large family or those that like to entertain often. Complete with ribeyes, T-bones or New York strip & filet, hamburger, stew beef, roasts, sirloins, and briskets. You, the customer, will be given a "cut sheet" to fill out so that you get exactly what you want. These cows go in weighing approximately 700-950 pound, on the hoof, and you can expect to pay for 60%-65% of that live weight.
