NCOyster365 LLC brokers North Carolina oysters from NC oyster farmers to distributors outside of NC. NCOyster365 operates an oyster bar service that serves North Carolina Oysters at breweries, wineries and bottle shops all over the state of NC and into southern VA. Our pop ups bring North Carolina oysters and information about aquaculture from the farmers to the customers. NCOyster365 will package Shell Sauce(tm) our cocktail sauce made here in North Carolina at Bobbee's Bottling in Louisburg.

Agritourism

We take the oyster farms to the consummer. We typically offer three different NC oysters to our guests at an event with as much diversity as able. Educating North Carolians about North Carolina oysters and oyster farming practices is what our oyster bar events are all about. In the last four years we have offered oysters from 37 different farms. Proprietor Doreen Rivers-Graham and I have had the pleasure of visiting several oyster farms in our state, have gotten to know many of the farmers and learn about their particular practices.
