Nons original recipe Italian Pinching Salt has been passed down from my Noni 4 generations within my family from Northern Italy. The recipe is salt based and is blended with fresh (never dried) herbs and garlic, along with ground black pepper and nutmeg. I have created 4 other blends from the original blend, some including fresh peppers for a delicious spicy flavor. The salt cures the fresh ingredients so you are always cooking and finishing with a seasoning that has tons of flavors and only fresh ingredients. It just takes a little to go a long way, and saves a lot of prep time and money.
