Good Ashe Lavender Farm
Good Ashe Lavender Farm — organically grown lavender on our small family farm in the Northwest NC Appalachian mountains (Ashe County). We use only natural spring water and crisp mountain air to nourish our lavender — we use no pesticides or other non-organic products. Also, we hand craft our own products, ensuring the utmost attention to ensure purity. Our farm has earned the Certified Naturally Grown designation. Naturally Grown farmers don’t use synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, herbicide, or GMOs, just like certified organic farmers. The main difference between CNG and organic is our certification model, which relies on peer inspections, transparency, and direct relationships. Our price may be different but wouldn’t you want the assurance that your lavender and hand crafted products are as pure as possible? During the season, typically late June to early August, the farm will be hopping with lavender, bees, butterflies and the wonderful aroma of lavender.
