We believe in quality over quantity and natural resources and practices over mass commercial production. Stepping back in time and reverting to original farming without use of steroids, chemicals and GMOs, we focus on sustainable eco-friendly green practices where quality crop and animal care are the top priority along with careful consideration to packaging with only biodegradable, no plastic and recyclable materials. From the farm to your table, we want you to know everything! Transparency is key! We specialize in small niche crops- Gourmet Mushrooms (Lions Mane, Blue Oyster), Asparagus, Rhubarb, Blackberries, Raspberries, Fresh variety of lettuces/herbs grown hydroponically year round, Microgreens, Pasture Raised Eggs, Purebred Red Wattle Pork.

We worked in the fast paced busy life for many years where convenient choices and quick meals were the norm, despite being educated and working in the healthcare industry and knowing the consequences of unhealthy lifestyle choices. Too little time and energy at the end of the day was left to spend on quality family time and healthy meal prep/cooking. That’s when we decided to change everything. We stepped out of the fast lane and started to focus on what was important- family, quality foods, and a slower paced lifestyle. We wanted to know what we were putting into our bodies, and we decided to start our farm and wanted to produce quality fresh foods for the community and beyond.
