Chef Tiffany has brought her childhood favorites to Elizabeth City with a twist. Her restaurant, Paradiso features homemade pasta variations and Italian fare that incorporates meat and produce from local farmers. Everything from the pasta to the croutons is made from scratch daily, incorporating local meat, seafood, and produce as much as possible.
