WE MAKE INCREDIBLE PIMENTO CHEESE WITH WHOLE INGREDIENTS: Our mission is to create delicious, unique, uncluttered food that brings people together, and that you can feel good about eating. MEET WHAT MAKES US: The creameries that we partner with were chosen for the flavor and texture of their cheese, as well as for their “cows-first” policies. Each cheese is growth hormone-free, precisely aged and naturally smoked. Our best quality is the freshness! We use NC-grown jalapeños and banana peppers that are roasted and processed by hand. Our non-GMO, cage-free egg mayo is made weekly and used sparingly. We don’t add ANY artificial preservatives, and our Sriracha sauce is certified organic.
