Ritchie Hill Bakery’s Heath’s Cheese Straws are a family tradition. They are still made the old fashioned way, in small batches from a 1906 Ritchie family recipe. Our cheese straws are loved for their homemade taste, melt-in-your-mouth texture and spicy finish. We offer them in two flavors: Original and Spicy. Heath’s Cheese Straws were a finalist in Our State Magazine ‘s “Made in NC Awards”, 2017.2018; were a semi-finalist in Garden and Gun Magazine's "Made in the South Awards", 2018 and were named in Taste of the South Magazine’s “South’s Best Cheese Straws”, 2015, 2018.
