Inspired by the honey bees, we small batch brew a sparkling probiotic beverage called Jun, using raw honey & organic green tea. Our mission is to nurture the intimate connection between the health of our bodies & the well being of our planet. We collaborate with local farmers and businesses to highlight regional ingredients. By combining the wisdom of ancient traditions with as many locally sourced foods as possible, we strive to create sustainable elixirs that are as unique as our vibrant city.
