SITAR INDIAN CUISINE is one of the first family‑owned Indian restaurants in the Raleigh–Durham area, proudly serving the community for over 27 years. During this time, they have become an integral part of Durham’s food landscape, partnering with public schools, universities, hospitals, and hotels for large‑scale catering.
For more than 20 years, they have operated inside Duke University, Duke Hospital, and the VA Hospital, and for 13 years they have served daily meals at UNC–Chapel Hill. SITAR INDIAN CUISINE supports major events at NC State and NCCU.

Through long‑standing institutional partnerships, they recognized the growing demand for high‑quality, ready‑to‑eat Indian meals. SITAR INDIAN CUISINE has developed a wholesale line of fully prepared Indian dishes, crafted for consistency, convenience, and large‑volume service.
