Stoney Acres Farm

Stoney Acres Farm is a small farm located close to Downtown Cary. This quaint, 4.5 acres farm is a hidden gem. The farm grows their own produce and sells at their farm stand each weekend. Three main goals are: Education (social media videos, field trips, family agritourism events), Community (opening up the farm each week to neighbors to build community) and Partnership (partnering with rural farms to bring their products to the city to sell in the farm stand). Stoney Acres Farm is brand new to farming and their goal is to teach as many people as possible about agriculture in North Carolina.

Stoney Acres Farm is a small farm in the middle of a big city. Located 1.7 miles from Downtown Cary, the farm is secretly tucked in the back of a neighborhood. WHAT Stoney Acres Farm has is not unique...but WHERE it's located is very unique! When people visit the farm, they are often shocked that it even exists.Another unique aspect of the farm is that we had NEVER farmed anything before buying the farm 18 months ago. It has become clear that people are very intrigued by their story. Social media has taken off and Stoney Acres Farm was on the cover of Cary Magazine in October. Beef is sold from Crabtree Farm Goods at the farm store. Stoney Acres Farm also partnered with Could 9 Ranch to bring local pumpkins to the farm store.
