Swan Creek Farm is a unique destination that combines a working mushroom farm with an experiential store where visitors witness firsthand the indoor mushroom growing process.The farm offers a variety fresh, dried and extracted gourmet, exotic, and functional mushrooms. For a taste of their offerings, visitors can often sample the farm's popular (meat-free) mushroom jerky, functional mushroom brew coffee substitutes, and double extracts made from mushrooms grown organically right here on the micro-farm.In addition to these unique finds, The farm also features an apothecary stocked with handcrafted herbal products produced on-site.
