Three Little Spats Oyster Company

Three Little Spats oyster company offers oysters from two of North Carolina's most historically rich and renowned waterways that have become synonymous with NC oysters - Stump Sound and Bay River/Pamlico Sound. Permuda Island Selects are more brine forward and complex while the Bay River Selects are more balanced and amiable to a wide variety of oyster lovers. Their oysters are grown out in suspended farming methods allowing natural wave action to strengthen and shape them.
