Trinity has a fresh packing plant in Clinton, NC, a frozen processing plant in Pembroke, NC and works with a team of growers located in Eastern North Carolina to manufacture and distribute frozen sweet potato fries and sweet potato flour.Trinity’s products are third-party certified as Non-GMO, Kosher, Halal, Vegan, Allergen-Free, Gluten-Free and Organic. Trinity maintains plant certifications from FDA, USDA, AID and is certified GFSI by BRC.
