Twisted Willow Farm is a regenerative farm in North Carolina dedicated to building healthy soil, producing chemical-free grass, sequestering carbon, and raising high-quality, flavorful livestock.
Through years of testing various breeds and farming methods, they have optimized flavor and efficiency with minimal inputs, with their operation closely mimicking natural processes within a managed pasture system. Twisted Willow Farm raises Dexter, Wagyu, and Angus cattle; Berkshire, Hereford, and Hampshire hogs; as well as Cornish Cross and Broad Breasted turkeys. Animals are rotated strategically across pastures to naturally control parasites and enhance soil fertility, eliminating the need for medications or synthetic fertilizers.
All supplemental feed is grown regeneratively and is Non-GMO and soy-free, ground custom on-site. By raising meat locally, they ensure superior freshness and flavor while supporting the regional economy and reducing the environmental footprint associated with long-distance transportation. Focusing on locally raised meat helps support sustainable farming and deliver top-quality, responsibly raised products to customers.
